Neil is a long standing partner of this firm and is a registered Tax Agent and CPA accountant. Neil specialises in advice for businesses, taxation planning, GST and business structures. His previous experience as a financial planner also lends itself to providing valuable estate and investment strategy planning.

Neil is a life member and still very active member of the Buln Buln Football and Cricket Club. He enjoys watching sports and the occasional red wine.

Michael joined Tyrrell Partners in 1999 to operate in the Heyfield/Traralgon area as the resident partner. He has over 30 years experience in public practice and is a registered Tax Agent and Certified Practising Accountant. Michael has extensive knowledge in taxation planning and management issues within both the rural and business sectors.

Mike is a madly passionate AFL Tigers fan, keen but questionable golf player and often enjoys a quiet beverage or two on his back deck with friends.

Sandy commenced with Tyrrell Partners in 1999, specialising in small business, offering expertise in various accounting software such as
Quickbooks Online, Xero, and MYOB. Additionally, she is well-versed in assisting clients with their Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF).

When not at work, Sandy spends her time caring and rescuing sick, injured & orphaned wildlife.

Accountant

Starting with Tyrrells in 2014. Erica works mainly with small businesses and individuals helping to stay compliant and meet all their tax, accounting and payroll obligations. She utilises many software packages and is advisor certifed in Xero and Quickbooks Online.

Erica enjoys travel, camping, reading and pretty much any live music gigs. She likes spending time with friends and family over good food and wine.

Accountant & Auditor

Thea commenced with Tyrrell Partners in 2001, she is a Chartered Accountant who works closely with individuals, small businesses and self-managed superannuation funds to help manage their taxation and accounting obligations. In addition to taxation she helps various associations with their financial reporting and audit requirements.

Thea enjoys spending time with her family, watching her kids in their various sporting activities. She also likes to sit with a glass of wine and read a good book or work on her patchwork quilting.

Assistant Accountant

Commenced with Tyrrells in 2017. Ann assists clients with their GST & BAS compliance, working with a wide range of businesses. Her role includes a variety of bookkeeping tasks in a range of programs.

President of the Warragul Obedience Dog Club, Ann volunteers as an obedience instructor and has done so for many years. Passionate about educating people and their dogs in the local Community.

Assistant Accountant

Starting with Tyrrells in 2020, Kirsten enjoys helping clients with all their bookkeeping requirements to ensure they have the time to focus on their business. Currently studying a Diploma of Accounting to enhance her skills and knowledge in the field.

Kirsten loves travelling and exploring new places, as well as reading, cooking and spending time with family.

Assistant Accountant

Started with Tyrrells in 2021. Assist clients with all their book keeping requirements including BAS, payroll and helping with the preparation of financial statements. Leanne is skilled in several accounting packages, in particuar Quickbooks Online.

Leanne loves gardening, cooking, reading, walking and going to live shows.

Company Secretarial & Administration

Commenced in 1996. Responsible for maintaining our companies ASIC corporate compliance, including the incorporation of companies, trusts, deregistrations and the registering of business names together with other general administration.

A fan of sports, Carla also enjoys reading, holidays and spending time with family and friends.

Reception & Administration Manager

Started with Tyrrells in 2019. Leonie is the first point of contact for clients at the Warragul reception area. She handles client’s appointments, enquiries and assists staff with administration duties.

Loves chatting to clients! Interests include gardening, boating and fishing.
